Age: 18
History: Tino was always brightand cheerful as a child. He grew up in poverty and clothing and food was hard to get. There he was taught to hope, never be sad or upset, and just feel blessed on having a family. He was raised with parents who seemed grateful, even though they were homeless and living on the streets. Tino learned that living isnt easy, and you must work hard for the conditions you deserve.
When he grew older, Tino ranaway from Denmark and understood that he wanted a settle place and a family. He always loved young children and making them happy. So he always wanted to raise many younger countries on the same family traits that he was raised with and can pass on the good things that he was taught. With his Husband Su-san he wants to raise little Sealand. But while he was in poverty, he never caught up with the edjucation he needed... So he decided to go to school and learn about the world before he does.

Personality: Tino is a very bright person. He always has a new joke to say and likes to have a happy atmosphere. He can be a bit childish, and may say jokes at the wrong time. Overall he never leaves a place without saying anything. He always knows how to cheer sombody up with his good humor.
Tino can also be very cowardly... espically around Sus-an a.k.a. Berwald. Tino never shows if he ever feels awkward when his jokes or humor doesnt work. Especially when Berwald shows no intrest, he keeps on trying to make a conversation. With this behavior, he likes to make-up wierd festivals... for example, The Wife Carrying Championships.
Tino in some moments he is rather adult-like and takes things rather seriously.When it comes to sitiutions like finding Young America, he had to make sure that somthing was done about it. He is also really gentle about young children and always wanted a family, as he wanted Estonia and Latvia as his own.
Even though Tino supposibly has been through the most toughest times unlike the other Nordic Countries, he always keeps himself happy and enjoys the smallest things...especially salmiakki.

"If only Su-san could see this," Tino whispered in awe as he looked at the hovering tower they called the school. His eyes twinkled as he heard the birds chirping in the trees happily. The sun glistened against the windows and reflected the skies shade of pink and orange. He closed his eyes and walked foreward, inhaling softly.
"If only they had a sauna," He opened his eyes and smiled. He couldent believe he was actually here at the school, and he knew that he was going to atleast try to do his best. Even though he knew that effort is all that matters. His shoes were crunching softy on the schools lawn and he sat down and set down all of his books. Hana tamago was running after an aqua colored butterfly and failed at every attempt to catch it.
Tino laughed at Hana tamago as the tips of his hair brushed his forehead softly from the breeze. He knew he was going to like this school.
