((Fail post. I was half-asleep, kay?))
It was quite quarrelsome at first for Peter to reach for his door. Infuriated, at his first of attempts of trying to kick the door open, and waver his fairly heavy suitcase (most likely filled with toys and trinkets; Because the school necessities were boring. to him.) against the door handle he was, 'artlessly' compelled, after settling down pouting and brainstorming on how to reach or the knob, to set the slightly bruised suitcase in front of the door, and hovered over on with his tongue sticking out concentrating on the knob giving out a proud smile as he "brilliantly" finally caught grasp onto the knob twisting it nonchalantly and swift with his grin even gleaming even more widened now watching the door broadly stretch out. Big accomplishment for him? Most likely.
"Uwah~ Finally, desu yo! Sea-kun can do anything~!" He yelled out in a singy tone, through the halls bluntly, and hurriedly hopping off the suitcase lazily dragging it back up in his hands, as he pondered inside the room amazed on the elaborate features it pertained. The tiny colleague's eyes explored around the room, dashing in the bathrooms, and climbing on each bed, deranging all of the 4 bed's organized image by rolling around carelessly and throwing the pillows on the ground which was appearing to look as if he was in his own little childish world, just being a normal mischievous juvenile. After a few moments he simply smirked, resting down on one of the queered-lower beds he commenced his mindless actions on and began to snuggle one of the stuffed animals that had dropped from his suitcase on the floor, and began thinking to himself.
Ahh...That was fun desu yo... Living in a dorm is so cool already... His face brightened turning over to the 'delightful' scattered scenery he made. But I wonder if my roomies will get mad desu yo! He gave a quiet gasp remembering one of his roommates from the list. Oh...That's right desu yo! That stupid jerk was one of Sealand-kun's roommates on the list desu yo! Groaning. Mmm... Sea-kun musta' accidentally hacked him with the same dorm too desu yo... Eh... Sea-kun wanted to show off to that bastard, but he didn't wanna room with him! Peter gave a quick huff while he hastily leaned up on the wall from the bottom bunk ignorantly crossing his arms with puffed cheeks.
"Wah! Hmfph! Well Sea-kun just won't listen to him desu yo! Yeah! That's what Sea-kun's gonna do desu yo! And...And...Sea-kun was in the room first so Sea-kun can be the leader of this dorm and that jerk will hafta' listen to whatever Sea-kun has got to say! He has to acknowledge me now by this desu yo! He just has to!" Sealand giggled excited before setting the stuffed animal down and reaching over from his bag to obtain one of the boring algebra books, that he /had/ to get for studying and rested it on his lap opening to one of the review pages, tapping his finger to his chin anxiously scanning over the numbers, then began to distract himself with his own encouragement.
"Ahh...But 'till then Sea-kun has to focus on these pages desu yo... I have to reach to the top, with that jerk desu yo! If I do, Sea-kun won't just be acknowledged by my bastard brother desu yo, he'll be acknowledged by the whole school! Eheh, Oooh Sea-kun can't wait~!"
He gave a excited expression to himself before glancing at the pages back down again re-reading each of the lines squinting in confusion.
"T-These numbers are so weird desu yo..."
And then, he began to study.

Arthur was hardly able to withhold a yawn as he ambled down the hall, eyes half-lidded as he passed by door after door in search of his dorm. He didn't remember the last time he was so damn tired except, perhaps, when Alfred and Allie entered their rebellious stages and ran away from him.
"Bloody hell..." the Englishman muttered, dragging his suitcase along behind him. It was all Peter's fault. Really, that boy was more trouble than he was worth! Couldn't he at least have left a blasted message before disappearing? At least then, Arthur wouldn't have had to stayed up the whole night, contacting every damn person in the city to ask if they knew about that little brat's whereabouts!
He shook his head, groaning when his headache - a result from his lack of sleep, surely - intensified in response. Perhaps he'd take a small nap before unpacking, lest he fall asleep in the bathroom or some other undignified area of the dorm.
Now, let's see... Dorm #4... Dorm #3... an open dorm... Dorm #1...
...Wait. The blonde backtracked, blinking a few times before finally taking in the image of the open door of the second dorm - his dorm.
With a small frown, he entered, wondering which one of his roommates had-
Oh, hell no.
"Sweet Elizabeth..."

It took a few seconds before Sealand recognized that the larger figure was pondering in the room. He was too occupied studying diligently in his book in till, he heard the abrading voice from the entrance of the open door, which of course would be obvious to know who it was, even before he glanced up. Sealand could recognize that jerk voice from anywhere. And for that, his smile and eyes began to brighten.
"Oh! The jerk is here already, desu yo!"
He bellowed sharply at the Britain chap, before stumblingly rolling off the even more messed bed, throwing the algebra book carelessly onto the ground, to only run over in front of Arthur, to show off his genuine and enlightening simper, leaning forward with his arms wavering behind him naively, feeling proud as he watched his jerk bro observe the beautiful scenery he conducted only minutes before Arthur discovered his dorm.
"Welcome to our Sea-kun's dormitory desu yo~!"

He wanted to nuke the world. Or instigate World War III. Or jump off a cliff. Or be mauled by an angry boar. Or...
"What are you doing here, Peter?" Arthur asked exasperatedly, not having enough energy to raise his voice.
...yeah, or that.
He barely heard his younger brother when he addressed the dormitory as being his, but once the words registered in the Briton's mind, Arthur wanted nothing more than to crawl in a hole and die. In his drowsy state of mind, he couldn't recall just who'd told him that Peter was closer to him than he thought, but whoever it was had his undying hatred.
Surely, he must have heard wrong. Peter was 13; he should be in middle school, not here!
Arthur groaned, dragging his things to the nearest bed - the one that his brother wasn't occupying - before setting everything down and more or less collapsing on top of the tousled sheets. He wanted so bad to just close his eyes and sleep for a few hours, or maybe even a whole day, but...
"Just... get your things," he muttered, using what very little energy he had left to get off the bed and walk over to Peter. While bending down to grab the boy's book - oh wow, algebra; he had to admit, the kid was pretty smart -, he added, "I'll take you back home."

The fragile boy peered at his older brother with an befuddling look as he heard the sudden appeal betide. Take him home? He didn't understand. Okay maybe he didn't endeavor hard enough like everyone else to get in the university, actually he didn't work at all to get into the college. But it didn't matter to him. All he knew is that he is here now and that was all that he cared about. He frowned in a pouting matter with puckering lips, continuing his glance upward toward his older sibling.
"Eh? Take Sea-kun back home, desu yo? Why would you wanna do that, desu yo?" He crisply began to retort back, leaning more forward in a more annoyed fashion now, placing a hand on his hip.
"This is Sea-kun's dormitory! And your his tortured victim roomate, desu yo!"

"Because you should be in middle school, not college," Arthur bit out in response, standing up to his full height before peering down at his younger brother. "How'd you get..." he paused, before shaking his head with a sigh. "Nevermind, I don't want to know."
Grabbing Peter's arm and dragging the boy up - gently, so as not to pull the bone from its socket; he was, after all, still a kid -, Arthur began dragging him towards the door. "Stop claiming everything as yours, you prat; it'll get you into trouble one day."

"Let go of Sea-kun, desu yo!"
Peter was ignorant and started to struggle, childishly, literally ignoring whatever else his brother had to say. Netherless, no matter how many times he could brag about being strong, he was kind of weak. I mean, he was still a child. The small boy, continued to struggle, wavering his held arm hesitatingly with squinted eyes, and puckering poutful lips, before finally succeeding to let go of Arthur's grasp, circling back a couple steps inside the door still facing forward towards, him, with an irritated expression.
"No!" The adolescent yelled sharply, wavering a finger towards his older relation to rudely point at him, as he remembered on what his brother had said, not to long ago.
"Sea-kun's too smart for middle school, desu yo! And....And... Sea-kun is in college desu yo!" He redirected his finger towards the un-organized application forms, and the college books, that were scattered over around his bedside area.
"He even has everything filled too! And, even everything you needed for College too! So there, desu yo! Sea-kun does belong in College, and this is his dorm too!"

Arthur nearly stumbled when Peter successfully struggled out of his grasp.
"Damn it, Peter!" he growled, turning his bloodshot eyes towards his younger brother. He was not in the mood for this! "Just listen to me, for once! If you're trying to irritate me, then you did a bloody good job! So go home, already! If you're too smart for middle school, then go to high school, like a normal kid! Just stop following me around!"
The Briton huffed after his little tirade, crossing his arms as he waited for Peter to blow up in an angry storm of 'jerk's and 'no's, as he usually did.

Anne was exhausted, irritated and not happy with the lady who was handing out timetables and dorm keys, she’d had to explain a dozen times that there were two ‘A. Kirkland’s’ joining that year and it had still taken the woman a good 15 minutes to believe her and then another 5 to give her the things she needed to find her dorm – she hadn’t even apologised for the delay, how rude of her!
So, after somehow managing to drag her suitcase up a flight of stairs and a down a hallway – all the while keeping the slip of paper with her dorm number on it in front of her – she came to the hall she believed her room to be down.
...The yelling of her twin brother Arthur confirmed it.
She rolled her eyes and headed towards the yelling, wandering what on Earth had got her brother so riled up (although, she knew she’d probably be annoyed by whatever it was too) and as she reached the doorway she was met with Arthur standing by the door, arms crossed, glaring at...
“...Peter?! What the hell are you doing here?!”

Peter irritably began to continue onto his whining in front of his older brother, drastically swinging his arms up in a pouting manner, huffing, with his tone even louder and even more annoyed with still puckering lips.
"No!" He repeated once more bewildering, not even taking consideration in his relation's frustration, standing still as began to hear footsteps come closer towards the dorm.
"Sea-kun doesn't hafta' listen to you, desu yo! And he's staying with you, Jerk, desu yo! Whether you like it or not, Sea-kun has been enrolled and there's nothing you can do about it and you can't make me go home!" He stopped his yelling, after he heard the counter-attack holler a couple steps away. He turned his head towards the one who-so-rudely interrupted him, with blasting puffed cheeks, nearly about to yell at her in till he actually recognized who it was. Another Kirkland. Arthur's Twin sister. Not good at all for him.
"Oh! It's the female jerk, desu yo." He started a little relaxed, in a blunt tone. He frowned slightly on the start of her conversation, but still annoyed from Arthur, his face began annoyed once more.
"Why wouldn't Sea-kun be here? This is our Sea-kun's dorm desu yo! But....But... Jerk Arthur, doesn't believe Sea-kun and wants him to go home desu yo!" He started to huff as he sneered at his older brother, still standing there.
"You'll let Sea-kun stay... right?"

There was only so much patience a person could have, especially if it regarded Peter. Arthur wanted to drag him - literally, now, despite how tired he was - back home, give him a long lecture about how he should learn to listen to other people, and just... overall, how to be less of an annoying little prat!
...And really, how did he even get here, anyway? Weren't his brothers - Wales, Ireland, Scotland - supposed to be watching over him?
The Briton sighed, reaching up to pinch the bridge of his nose. He had to calm down; this wasn't he first time Peter had done something absolutely ridiculous.
Looking up to give Anne a slight nod to acknowledge her presence, Arthur looked at Peter, took a deep, calming breath, and said, "No, she will not. You will go back home, Peter; I'm not going to argue with you."

Anne didn’t expect Peter to be there, let alone in what was supposedly her dorm, and she immediately knew that if he and Arthur were going to be stuck together for what could be an entire academic year – and judging from what Peter was saying he intended to stay the entire year – chaos would ensue. So, as she looked from her twin’s forced-calm expression to Peter’s increasingly-indignant one and decided to step in before they could start throwing punches.
“I agree with Arthur. You should go home,” She interjected, holding up her arms and quickly continuing before Peter could start yelling at her. “This is no place for a thirteen year old boy; wouldn’t it be better for you to go to a school with people your own age?”
‘Then you wouldn’t have to bug us...’

Peter was cornered by his two relations. If he didn't something, he knew he was going to be forced out the university. With a few turns of the head over and puffing cheeks, to both of his siblings, the fragile boy, trailed over to his 'claimed' unkempt bed, hopping over on it, beginning to quiver his lips turning both to Arthur and Anne, before quickly grabbing an pillow nearby him hiding his face while a couple drops, rolled down his cheeks. He didn't want to see him cry, he was too almighty for that! But he thought they would be proud of himself of getting to the same school. And especially a university. But he didn't understand at all, why they were all mad at him. He wasn't really crying over being sad, but more of being disappointed.
"No! Sea-kun said No! He isn't leaving, desu yo!"
He began his pouting, muffling his voice, still with his head buried under the pillow, with his tone even going even more louder. He wasn't going to listen to them. He was staying. He deserved too. And after thinking of the confidence to himself, he raised his head up over to the two siblings, wiping a couple tears from his face then started up, trying to make himself look 'almighty' again to them. (Although he started to flail his arms and legs ignorantly which really threw the almighty part off)
"Sea-kun is staying here! He's staying here, desu yo! He isn't going home!"
