“Gilbert and Gilberta Bielschmidt, please report to the science room immediately. Gilbert and Gilberta to the science room.” The intercom suddenly announced, its mechanical voice echoing throughout the surprisingly quiet academy.
A soft sigh sounded as Aestii continued to pace around his classroom, this way and that, pausing to do this or that; anything to distract him from his nerves. While Latvia, being the youngest, had recognized him instantly, the silver-haired twins on the other hand had not.. As for Lithuania and Estonia since they were not at the Academy, it would seem that the hippie-like barbarian would have to track them down at some other point in time. But the twins came first; though both twins sensed a bit of familiarity, neither had truly acted on it or brought it up.
Frowning, the brunette continued working around his room while he waited patiently for the two students; No, his two children to show up. As he began sweeping up the dust from the floor, the Pagan man began to hum to himself. And when he closed his eyes, “Goddess’s gifts to me.. Just the way you are.. A new-age child.. And one from a distant star.” He sung quietly as he continued to sweep the classroom’s floor, making sure to get every desk and chair as well. “You are the Goddess’s gifts to me. You are so sweet and pure.. just the way you are.” His song continued as he retrieved the little dustpan from behind the door and knelt down to sweep the broom’s collected contents into it, “Mommy’s precious jewels.. And Daddy’s rising stars..”
After disposing of the dust into the trash bin and returning the broom and dustpan back to their rightful place, Aestii took up the song again, “In this world.. There is so much in life, for you to be.. And so much for you to see.. You are the Goddess’s gifts to me.” The man smiled as he reminisced over his formerly large family. Scandinavia and himself.. His five precious babies, and all ten of his partner’s. But good things always end, and this is why the nature-lover found himself in this very classroom, waiting to be reunited with two of his children after his husband had sent them away.. So long ago..
“The Goddess gave you to me, just the way you are.. Two new-age childs, forever in my heart.. You are the Goddess’s gifts to me.”
