History [Their AU background; How they got accepted in the school; etc;]: Hong Kong found himself being put under the care of China as a child. He would usually stay home alone while China left for school; he would usually walk to China's school and walk home together. This went on for several years. While waiting for China one day, it was rather dark and England spotted him and took him under his care. When he was old enough, England applied him for the school he was attending and there, Hong Kong was able to meet with China once again.

Personality: Rather quiet (soft-spoken) and stone-faced. But he does play tricks on people time to time when he feels like it. He's level-headed and thinks through things rather calmly. He's a very passive type of person. He likes to be left alone.

And if he did manage to be sighted, he prefer it to be China rather than England because he was getting rather hungry and England¡¯s food was rather hazardous for the body.
