My name's Tara and I RP as a few Hetalia characters – on this site I’m Anne Kirkland, fem!England, but on other sites I’ve been England, Belgium and even France (a great excuse to use French!). I’m an 18 year old British girl, living in the South of England, and I’m currently a Second Year/Year 13 A Level student at a Sixth Form College and have nearly finished taking my A Level exams (those exams determine my place at University so I’m freaking out ^^”)...
When I should be revising/sleeping I’m instead being happily obsessed with Hetalia. ...I’m really surprised how fast I’ve fallen for this fantastic series! I don’t usually watch anime – since I’m one of those people who prefers reading to staring at a screen watching something – and most of the anime I have watched has been based off a manga series I’ve already read – such as Death Note and Fruits Basket. ...I started watching the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles anime but I think it sucked because it didn’t follow the manga at all...(The OVAs however, are GREAT! xD). I started watching Full Metal Alchemist but I got frustrated with finding the different parts on youtube so I stopped...forgetting that anime sites existed.
I’m more of a manga reader – having read Death Note, Fruits Basket, .hack//Legend of the Twilight, Magical Miracle, Kingdom Hearts (*loves the games*) Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, xxxHOLiC and Bakuman... I’ve read a little of Full Moon and Absolute Boyfriend but not a lot. And I bought Animal Academy today because I started reading it in Waterstones last week and it looks cute...I also bought Hetalia Volume 3 at the MCM London Expo I was at in May...it’s in Japanese but I don’t care!
I have been to the MCM London Expo 3 times (4 if you count that I went to the one this May for the entire weekend...) and I have cosplayed as Matt from Death Note and England from Hetalia – I’m desperately hoping to attend the October Expo – mainly since it’s during Halloween and for 3 days instead of 2, but since I might be at Uni on the other side of the country it maaaay be hard. This time I want to cosplay as Hungary as well...mainly because I want to be female this time...and wear a dress. One of my friend’s suggested going to an Expo in Northern Ireland...and then another suggested going to one in Paris but those ideas have since epically fallen through ^^”. ...I’d be up for going to either of them. xD *has family in Northern Ireland* Expos rock!
Eeeeerrr....I’m also incredibly lazy and love to sleep. ...*shrugs*
