Not at all! Himaruya did mention Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales as being England's brothers with sexy eyebrows~ (Though, I think he also said that England represented the UK, but whatever. I want a brother. <3)

I was gonna make Ireland (not...Northern Ireland...but I still imagine Ireland as a Kirkland-relation) a girl...when you said 'I want a brother' I was gonna say 'Ooo, she can be a sister!'
...but then I realised my mind has settled on a surname for her...that isn't Kirkland...
Cousin instead?
